Dabrein Solutions will be recruiting Application Support Analyst – Level 2 to join an international company.

Task:

Provide support to our internal users around the world. Work with many different support teams on a daily basis. Evaluate incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and resolve them.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (but could also be a student of any engineering or related career)
  • 2 years application support experience
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plus
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plus
  • Advanced spoken and written English is a must
  • SQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reports
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
